We are urgently looking for candidates to join a regulatory, taxation, and compliance team to assist in analyzing existing business procedures, recognize system gaps, and defining user requirements. This is a multinational finance corporation with a large Japanese retail presence.

Your day to day responsibilities are:

- Gather and analyze information on existing business procedures, adding recommendations that seek to improve business systems and processes
- Explain findings and recommendations clearly and concisely both in documentation and verbally
- Write requirements for system or process enhancements
- Review requirements and designs with stakeholders and obtain agreement and sign-off
- Conduct continuous analysis or review of new legal / regulatory requirements in relation to systems and processes
- Assist and/or coordinate user testing
- Work as part of a project team, reporting progress and escalating issues to project management quickly
- Provide post-implementation support

Requirements:
- Mutual Fund OTC sales business experience
- Mutual fund tax laws, securities exchange laws and rules
- Special accounts, mutual fund related operations, and accounting operations business experience
- JSDA Internal Controller
- Native in Japanese, advanced business command of English
- Requirements/IT project experience, including system functional design and user testing
- Strong communication skill to interact with various divisions/counterparts
- A team player who is goal oriented
