We are urgently looking for candidates who could join a dynamic retail banking operations team. The role is at a multinational finance corporation with a large Japanese retail presence.

Your day to day responsibilities are:

- Authorize mail documents, statements, savings accounts, mutual fund accounts
- Work closely with off-shore teams outside Japan for smooth processing
- Control, verification of the mailing process

Requirements:
- PC skills (EXCEL, Word, Outlook)
- Past/current experiences in banking operations
- Native in Japanese, business level of command in English
- Strong communication skill to interact with various divisions/counterparts
- A team player who is goal oriented

The firm has multiple positions open at this time, as they are currently undergoing a major regional initiative to improve operational procedures and start using cutting-edge technology systems.
