This position is with a global technology firm that is known as a technology and service leader in the telecommunications industry. The role is open due to unprecedented investment of their tier-1 carrier client base. This firm is also hiring a large number of hands-on engineering staff.

Description:
- Lead mid to large-size system integration projects using both English and Japanese
- Work in a matrix organization, with a team, with minimal supervision

Requirements:
- Experienced leader and with good communication skills in both English and Japanese
- Able to work in a matrix organization and in multi culture environment
- Experience in running mid/larger size System integration projects, with many integration points
- PMI certification or equivalent is necessary

Preferred Experience:
- Past management experience is preferable, but not mandatory
- Experience working with the major telecom operators in Japan or worldwide is preferred

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a background in hands-on telecom or infrastructure engineering/support, and will have gained experience and skills necessary to lead complex projects.
